One for the pets … sweet!

THE team at IGA Noosa Outlook were busy baking and icing cupcakes on Monday for the annual RSPCA Cupcake Day fund-raiser.
Cupcake Day is not only a great excuse to eat sweet treats but also raises much-needed funds for the RSPCA to help animals in need.
The team at IGA Noosa Outlook sold $400 worth of delicious cupcakes on the day, plus raised an extra $365 through a garage sale on the same day.
A donation bin for pet food and blankets was also placed out the front of the store and IGA staff member Selena Fredericks said the donation bin was overflowing by the end of the day.
All donated goods will be taken to the Noosa RSPCA.
So far, more than $450,000 has been raised throughout Australia with more Cupcake Day events expected to be held throughout the month.
