Pirates jolly Rogers

The Under-13C Noosa Blue played Kawana White in the grand final at Stanley Rivers in what was a hard fought match, with the Pirates never giving up.
It was a strong first half with Chase McChesney scoring two tries, and at half time Kawana were in front 18-10.
In the second half, Kawana proved to be too good, bringing the final score to 36-20.
Toby Burton and Noah Clist crossed the line with two brilliant tries.
Noosa never gave up, going toe-to-toe throughout the game. Player of the match went to Mitchell Madin whose tackling was relentless – the best he’s ever played.
Manager Sandy Rogers said she was proud of the boys.
“You boys can hold your heads high, making it to the grand final in an undefeated season, only losing two games in the finals,” she said
“It’s been a fantastic season and you all have improved your game since the start of the season… looking forward to seeing you play next season.
“Looking forward to seeing you all next year!”
