THE annual John Piercy Memorial Golf Day tees off tomorrow, in aid of Smile For a Child.
Six local clubs have come together to help organise the charity day; Sunshine Beach Surf Club, Noosa Heads Surf Club, Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club, Tewantin Noosa Golf Club, Cooroy RSL and Tewantin Noosa RSL – and expect to raise more than $30,000 on the day.
Funds raised will be used to support local charities such as the Starlight Foundation, Sunshine Butterflies and Sunny Kids.
Smile For a Child has raised over $240,000 since the first golf day eight years ago.
