The 2017 Luke Batty Foundation Black Tie Gala Dinner has come around again and promises to deliver an evening to remember for an important cause.
Indulge in a night of elegance and enjoy a three-course dinner served by award-winning chefs at Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas on Saturday 23 September, from 6.30pm, for the resort’s upcoming Black Tie Gala Dinner for The Luke Batty Foundation.
Highly regarded Australian celebrity chef and special guest Matt Golinski will join Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas head chef Andy Wilcox at View Restaurant to present a creative menu featuring the freshest local produce.
The evening begins with an entree of Mooloolaba prawns or Hoisin pulled Bendele duck leg, followed by Cone Bay barramundi or Rhodavale pork scotch as mains and a dessert buffet to finish.
Tickets are $100 per person and include champagne on arrival, a three-course dinner with matching wines and a wide variety of accommodation raffles and auctions up for grabs.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Luke Batty Foundation, Mantra Group’s official charitable partner, to raise much-needed funds for domestic violence prevention and awareness.
It’s a 6.30pm arrival for a 7pm start at Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas, 33a Viewland Drive, Noosa Heads.
