Loving life, at any age

AGEING gracefully is one of the many topics that will be the main focus of self-help workshops coming to the Cooroy Library from 20 February.
Deb, an accredited Louise Hay Heal Your Life Workshop leader and life coach, and Cat a trained personal stylist, will offer women practical skills and advice on how to live a full and positive life.
The workshops will focus on ageing, gratitude and personal style at any age.
“Sometimes, along life’s journey, confidence gets lost. So our workshops aim to boost that,” Deb said.
Each workshop will have a different focus with the first on 20 February spotlighting issues women face in regards to ageing.
“We will be encouraging participants to make a conscious decision to celebrate who they are,” Deb said.
Following workshops will focus on creating a path to happiness through gratitude, on 27 February, and channelling great personal style at any age, on 5 March.
“It will be full of practical ideas, with the underlying philosophy that every woman is special, precious and deserves to feel her absolute best,” Deb said.
To book your spot or for more information contact Deb or Cat on 0439 708 142 or 0431 105 879.
