Micky’s now healthier and happier

FUN and popular Noosa Aquatic Centre Aqua Aerobics member Micky Coghill has taken out the 12-week challenge.
Through hard work and determination Micky lost an incredible 12.8kg.
“The biggest changes are to my health,“ she said.
“I love that I’ve lost the weight as I thought it was too late to lose weight at my age but the improvement to my health has been phenomenal. The ease I find in exercising, walking and general movement is just exciting. My strength has improved out of sight.”
Micky said she wanted to thank NAC Aqua Instructor and 12-week Challenge coordinator Delia Thomas and said she owes thanks to the support of the other girls.
“It was a team effort,” she said.
On completion, Delia took the girls into the NAC gym and showed them how heavy the weight they had lost was.
Micky could hardly hold the 12.8kg and was astounded at the weight.
