There were 120 preened poochers in the Pawsome Paws Parade at Original Eumundi Markets on Saturday.
Co-organiser Jan Ammitzboll said the fun event began last year and has expanded with a range of add-ons including a kissing booth and categories such best look-a-like, best hairstyle and scruffiest.
The dogs showed off their glad rags in a parade through the markets led by Brazilian band Sambazzy.
