Plans are on track for the 2018 Noosa Rainbow River Festival to be held from 16-18 March with the theme this year, Rainbow Love.
The festival will kick off Friday evening at the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club with an official opening by Noosa MP Sandy Bolton before MC Melony Brests hosts a free classic Aussie Pub Crawl along Gympie Terrace, Noosaville, from 6.30-10pm.
The Saturday Night Spectacular will be held at Villa Noosa with a lineup of performers including the Powderpuff Girls.
The main event will take place Sunday with an informal morning picnic and performers gathering near the Big Pelican on the Noosa River foreshore before the lunch time River Parade travelling to Noosa Woods for a free show with Melony Brests.
The event will wrap up with farewell drinks at Red on Thomas.
