Elite option for rentals

ELITE Rentals Noosa, is a new property management agency operating under the experienced hands of locals Pip Whittaker and Leanne Spence.
Pip and Leanne recently launched their new property management business and said the boutique agency had been inundated with calls from owners and tenants alike as word spread about the one thing that stands out about this new agency – good old fashioned personal service.
Leanne said managing a property could be daunting, but Elite Rentals Noosa relieved owners of the stress and burden this could often cause.
“Pip and I take the time to talk to our clients. We listen, advise and respect their needs and use our years of experience to ensure the stress and burden is removed from the management process,” she said.
“As an independent owner and operator of a licensed real estate agency, Elite Rentals are not restrained by corporate structure. Our flexibility means we can adapt to meet the needs of all our clients – property owners and tenants.”
Between them, Leanne and Pip offer more than 20 years of real estate and property management experience and have established relationships with business owners, suppliers and locals.
“We work together as a professional team,” Pip said. “Leanne heads up the rental department and I manage the administration and service platform side of the business.”
Elite Rentals mainly manage permanent rentals but also offer a range of additional services that focus on managing and assisting owners of investment properties.
“Our Landlord Self Service option has already proven to be popular – this is when an owner self-manages their investment property but needs help finding a tenant,” Pip said.
Elite Rentals Noosa also offer a service platform for local agents or property managers who have their own client base but need the services to operate a successful business.
“We also assist with the set-up of holiday rental properties for owners who self-manage their property through Air BnB and Stayz,” Pip said.
“Elite’s growth has already exceeded our projections. Associates from years ago have responded to each of our ads in Noosa Today and many new clients have heard about us by word of mouth. The response and support has been amazing.”
