Cooroy gymnast Kyle McCartney has just returned from his first international competition in New Zealand.
He was selected for the open level tour of New Zealand from his results at the 2017 Australian Championships.
Kyle competed in the all-round division making two apparatus finals for pommel and parallel bars.
In what was a great experience competing as part of an Australian team, Kyle has returned to training and will be able to apply this new experience to achieve even greater things in 2018.
