Club’s grand gift

NOOSA Sea Scouts are all smiles at their end-of-year barbecue get-together on the Noosa river. They seemed even happier when president of the Noosa Beach Classic Car Club, Malcolm King, second from right, presented them with a cheque for $1000 as part of the car club’s many donations to charity organisations and worthy causes in the local community. Malcolm said the Sea Scouts provided food service at the car club’s hill climb event and did a wonderful job. The donation, he said, made the enormous effort put into running organisations like these just a little easier.
