Reported drive-by shooting

POLICE say they can’t confirm reports of an alleged drive-by shooting in Tewantin this afternoon, but have said an incident is under investigation.
Initial media reports suggest shots were fired from a vehicle, about 2.30pm on Hilton Terrace.
Local media reports said shots were fired at two people walking on the street and officers are now patrolling the area looking for a black station wagon.
Witnesses at the scene said there appeared to be an argument at one of the homes on the street before the alleged incident and police have now closed the street.
