THANKYOU to Julie Hemsley, who sent in these photos of a pair of noisy myna babies who spent the afternoon in the hibiscus tree by her balcony loudly demanding food from mum.
“One had a bath in the water I always have around for the birds,” Julie said. “It did not improve his looks but made me laugh.”
Julie says she likes to keep water available in the garden throughout spring and summer so the birds have somewhere to cool off when it gets hot.
If you have a photo of Noosa’s wildlife or landscape, we would love to see it. Send your photos to newsdesk@noosatoday.com.au.
