A breath of fresh air

SUMMER is almost here so it’s time to take a look at the air-conditioning to make sure it’s operating to its full potential so you and your family can keep cool this summer.
Sanitair Sunshine Coast’s John Fleay said air-conditioners may look harmless, but they can often harbour dangerous mould, bacteria and dust.
“Inside the air-conditioner is damp and dark; the perfect breeding ground for micro-organisms,” he said.
John said it was time to wage war against dirty, smelly air-conditioners and said cleaning your air-conditioner would not only increase energy efficiency, but unblock the system.
Companies such as Sanitair can deep-clean air-conditioning systems to remove contamination.
“We use advanced products that are environmentally friendly, bio-degradable, and non-toxic,” John said.
“After the cleaning process, we apply our Sanitair coil guard treatment that sanitises your system, inhibiting the return of mould for 12 months.”
Sanitair can also deep-clean ducted systems, offer discounts for five or more systems and can cater for schools, holiday resorts and hotels plus other larger scale systems.
