Put to the test

LOCAL ladies gathered for Sirocco’s tasting lunch on Friday 21 November, where Blend extra virgin olive oil stole the spotlight.
Presented by Sirocco, guests were treated to tastings of three different Blend oils creatively added to the three courses.
For entree, guests chose from either vine ripened tomato or green olive bruschetta with Blend’s medium olive oil.
For main, Blend’s lemon olive oil was served with Monkfish while Blend’s chilli oil accompanied roast pork fillet.
Last but not least, Blend’s medium olive oil was served with pineapple upside-down cake and liquorice gelato.
