Just the ticket for a winning lifestyle

Located just 100m from the beach and only moments from charming cafes and funky restaurants, the latest Endeavour Foundation prize home is a coastal dream come true.
One lucky winner will be able to call this $1.1 million resort-style property home for the cost of just a $10 ticket.
This oasis for families and serious surfers alike is the first prize in the Beachfront Lifestyle Lottery and is located within a short drive of the Sunshine Coast’s hot-spots.
Endeavour Foundation executive general manager of supporter enterprises Andrew Thomas said every ticket sold brought increased independence within the reach of people with a disability.
“Our lotteries enable Endeavour Foundation to work together with people with a disability to create real possibilities for a fulfilling life – at home, at work, and in the community. With a focus on individual goals we can help people to achieve outcomes that genuinely enhance their lives,” he said.
But, with a home like this up for grabs, there’s one more person whose life will be changed forever – the lucky ticket holder.
Whether a new holiday abode or permanent beachside home, this exceptional property is destined to bring a little more sunshine into your world.
Interior designer Carole Hastie described the home as being “fitted out like a five-star resort”.
“The house is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the furniture is all high end, the pool is private, and the high ceilings are awe-inspiring. It’s like being on a dream holiday every day,” she said.
At one end of the property is a large plunge pool with rock face water feature, overlooked by a covered gazebo complete with luxury barbecue kitchen. At the other end, take your ease in a courtyard lounge, complete with fire pit.
This fabulous three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is now open for viewing at 63 Mudjimba Esplanade, Mudjimba. Purchase tickets by 22 March and you’ll go into draw for a $4000 holiday to Samoa. Find out more and buy a ticket at www.endeavourlotteries.com.au.
