Toe-tappin’ jazz tunes

THE King Oliver Jazz Band will have you on your feet in no time when they take over the Jazz Club for one night only.
The much-anticipated band will once again take to the stage and treat audiences to their trademark foot-stomping, classic jazz, reminiscent of the original King Oliver’s Creole Jazz Band.
The ensemble includes two trumpets, a trombone, piano, banjo and sousaphone, all coming together in a way that will make you jump to your feet and hit the dance floor from the first blow of the trumpet.
The band will play many of the popular songs of the day including Dippermouth Blues, Sweet Like This, Canal Street Blues and Doctor Jazz.
Catch the King Oliver Jazz Band on Saturday 9 April from 7.30pm at The J, 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads. Tickets start at $20 for members and $25 for guests, call to book your table on 5447 2229.
