THE Noosa Tigers president’s lunches are in full-swing again this year, attracting some of AFLs best past players.
Last week, former Essendon championship player and now team manager Scott Lucas entertained more than 75 people who dined on lunch served by the Noosa Heads Surf Club Restaurant.
Lucas shared insights into the draft and player management side of the game, and no-one was left disappointed with Lucas’ speech described as articulate and interesting.
The next president’s lunch is this Saturday 30 May from noon with guest speaker Michael ‘Disco’ Roach.
See page 45 for more details on the Tigers’ games and how to book for the president’s lunch.
