THE iconic Tina Cooper Pottery building in the heart of Eumundi village has sold at auction for $467,000.
The freestanding retail building at 93 Memorial Drive was sold to a local owner-occupier business operator on behalf of a local investor and the agents report the marketing campaign for the 53 square metre building attracted 19 inquiries and a strong turnout for the onsite auction.
On the day, there were eight registered bidders, with six placing bids on the property that sits on a land area of 266 square metres and has the potential to be developed.
The new owner of the building will move their existing Eumundi business to the site.
