NOOSA Council says 90 per cent of the Cleanaway truck fleet were back to work on Thursday, 21 August and most bins will have been serviced by the following day.
Council’s media release said some rural towns and properties might have their bins serviced as late as Saturday.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this national safety check of the Cleanaway truck fleet. Thank you for bearing with us,” a Noosa Council spokesperson said.
