Outdoor movies to shine

THE much-loved outdoor movie season is back with a bang, with three movies to choose from starting Friday 7 October.
The Cooroy Library rooftop will host the first movie screening for the season on Friday 7 October showing the family flick, Zootopia.
The heart-warming comedy-adventure movie is set in the modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia and follows the story of optimistic Officer Judy Hopps as she tries to solve the case of the missing animals.
Come along from 6pm to get a spot and set up blankets and picnics on the grassed library rooftop with the screening to start at 6.30pm. Entry to the movies is by donation.
Movie lovers will need their dancing shoes for the second outdoor movie at the Eumundi drive-in on Saturday 8 October.
It will be a double screening with all-time favourites Dirty Dancing and Strictly Ballroom showing from 6.30pm.
Gates open at 5pm but pre-sales are recommended as car numbers are limited to 120.

The Eumundi drive-in is located at the Eumundi Showgrounds, Black Stump Road, off Memorial Drive, Eumundi.
