Eagles show their determination

By Bek Petrie

NOOSA EAGLES
It was all about determination for Eagles little Under 6 Black team this week.
They all played extremely well, communicating with each other the whole game.
There were some huge kicks coming from Emily, great defence from Eli who was with the ball the entire game, and Charlie also played outstanding defence. Max was so determined to get a goal this game with some fantastic kicks, missing only by millimetres. Goal shooters were Isaac, Myles and Zach, with Zach being given player of the match for playing so well. The final score was 4-0. Well done Under 6!
An exciting game for the Eagkes Under 9 Black team with 7-7 a draw against Caloundra Green. As goals were being scored constantly from both sides, every player fought hard for the win. Congratulations to Kallum for receiving player of the match.
The Under 10 Noosa Black had a fantastic game against Buderim last Saturday.
Both Buderim and Noosa had many attempts at goal but the solid defence and fantastic goal keeping saw the teams fighting hard to score. A final score of 1-1 really didn’t reflect the effort from both teams.
Buderim scored in the first half, but never to be defeated, Noosa came back with some fantastic teamwork that saw Alaska Rozenkranz shoot a magnificent goal.
Some big kicks again this week from Joel Mackay-Black held Noosa in good stead and encouraged the team to work hard until the final hooter. Well done, Under 10 Noosa Black.
