THE iconic Zachary’s Gourmet Pizza Bar and Restaurant is set to have a new home and a brand new look.
After 12 years in their current Hastings Street location co-owner Michael Evans said the Noosa business will have an exciting new look, bigger kitchen and more space.
And where are they going?
Well, after weeks of speculation it has been announced Zachary’s will be the restaurant in the much-talked-about recently redeveloped Seahaven Resort just up the road from their current location.
“We will still be on the same street but we are building a bigger and better new restaurant,” Mike said.
“We will now be part of the Seahaven Resort, filling the restaurant space there – the last piece in the puzzle of the redevelopment. It’s great for us and great for them too.”
It’s also going to be pretty good for Zachary’s many loyal customers.
He said the new space will bring with it more places to sit in and dine and a larger kitchen which will see the menu extended with more options added to their already impressive menu.
Construction is under-way on the new premises, however because there are two separate sites, Mike was quick to add there would be no disruptions to the business.
“We will continue to trade at our current location until the new restaurant is fully operational,” he said.
