Summer breakfast delights at Vanilla Food

Chef Nilla Tompkins and her team from Vanilla Food are conscious foodies with two focuses, health and happiness. Their mission is to make wholesome, healthy goods to nourish and nurture your body so you always have a smile on your face!
And their new breakfast menu will certainly do that! Featuring a range of dairy free and vegan options, breakfast is available to 11am and the menu includes:
§ Granola Bowl – with blueberry and hemp, coyo and seasonal fruit (GF/Vegan) $15.50
§ Charcoal Waffles – with banana, macadamia crumble, maple and coyo ice-cream (paleo) $17
§ Avo and Miso – toast with hemp and sesame seeds (Vegan) $14.50 Add Egg $3.50
§ Green Bowl – with avo, kraut, greens, brown rice, an egg, dukkah and cashew sour cream (GF/Dairy Free) $18
§ Nitrate Free Bacon and Egg Bun – with spinach and tomato kasundi $13.50
§ Herb Rolled Eggs – with mushroom jam, goats feta and pesto on stoneage bread $17.50
§ Shakshuka Eggs – with goats feta on pita bread (Vegetarian) $18
§ Blue Corn Tacos – with tumeric folded eggs, jalapeno and spicy corn and tomato salsa $17. Add salmon, Bacon or Avocado $5.50, Egg $3.50
