A room with a View

LOCATED in the heart of Noosa in one of the region’s best resorts is View restaurant, where diners can enjoy scrumptious meals while surrounded by the stunning Noosa natural environment.
View is headed by the talented executive chef Michael Jenkins. Classically trained, Michael infuses the flavours of Noosa through classic French technique to create a menu unique to the Noosa region.
View’s menu features locally sourced produce from growers in Kilcoy, Hervey Bay and, of course, specialist companies on the Sunshine Coast, to deliver the genuine taste of Noosa right to your plate.
Choose from the roasted barramundi fillet, celeriac brandade, crisp pancetta, sage, parmesan and almond crumble or the flame grilled New Zealand king salmon, chestnut puree, apple and fennel and for dessert, View offers apple and rhubarb tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream or the melting chocolate pudding with white chocolate cream and chocolate crumbs, plus many other delicious delights.
To sweeten the deal, View is offering two specials including two courses for only $49 or diners can select an entrée, main and dessert from the a la carte menu for $59 from Sunday to Thursday.
View also offers live music every Saturday from 6pm to 9pm; the perfect soundtrack to a relaxing night with good company and great food.
For those who love wine, View will be holding wine master classes over the school holidays every Tuesday and Friday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
View on Little Hastings is located in the Outrigger Resort, Little Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, on level 2 (above reception) and is open daily for buffet breakfast from 7am to 11am, and for meals from 12pm.
