Forks at the ready

Pork, they say, is the world’s most popular meat dish, and has been since 5000BC.
So it’s no surprise that Noosa Springs should choose to feature pork as its Relish lunch special for the months of November and December.
The talented Relish chefs slow cook their free range pork belly in traditional master stock for more than three hours to achieve a tender, moist, delicious pork.
Three separate pork dishes are on special for the next two months:
* Grilled satay pork skewers, with toasted cashews, satay sauce and coconut rice.
* Pork san choy bow, water chestnuts, toasted sesame seeds and lettuce cup.
* Ginger soy pork salad, rice noodle, shoots, herbs, shredded wombok and candied peanuts.
They each cost only $25, and come with a complimentary glass of wine.
Reserve your place at the table by calling Relish on 5440 3317.
