And it’s all local and live

DYNAMIC duo the ‘Janice J Duo’ hit the stage at Tewantin Noosa RSL on Thursday 2 April from 7pm for a free show in the South Bar.
The talented and versatile duo features Janice Smithers on acoustic guitar and vocals, and Grant Byrne on bass guitar, percussion and harmonies, together they deliver a fantastic performance with no backing tracks – just pure live music.
They cover a range of classic and current hits with a little of their own home-grown spin. Featured in their performances is the music of Joni Mitchell, Linda Ronstadt, Credence Clearwater Revival and many more.
Noosa has become firm favourites of the pair already, Janice performing in popular cover bands ‘Ultraviolet’ and ‘Retrospect’, while Grant is well known for his work with both ‘Late for Woodstock’ and ‘Retrospect’. Janice is also the voice of the ‘Piece of My Heart – Janis Joplin tribute show’ so come prepared to maybe hear Janice sing… Janis!
The Janice J Duo, one more Noosa act not to be missed over the Easter long weekend.
