Tonight (5th April) 6.30pm – 9.00pm why not treat yourself to a world-class Dumplings and Buns Masterclass?
For $140 per guest, including dinner and drinks you can gather round and learn all about our fresh local ingredients and the secrets of making dough as well as the art of shaping the perfect dumpling. Try your hand at prepping, filling and folding. Make all the sauces and accompaniments that lift your dumplings to the next level. Then, it’s time to feast on your handmade creations.
Or if French cooking is your this Sunday 8th April 9.00am – 2.30 pm The Cooking School Noosa is holding a Southern French Cook Class for $250 per guest, includes lunch with matched premium wines.

This full day class, led by our own Frenchman, Clement Vachon will see you take a trip to the South of France as you create a three course meal inspired by his childhood in Lyon, the food capital of France. hef, Andrea Ravezzani, chef and owner of the Noosa Waterfront Restaurant.
Next weekend (Saturday 14 April)  the School presents guest chef, Andrea Ravezzani, chef and owner of the Noosa Waterfront Restaurant.
Andrea is no stranger to the Noosa restaurant scene, as former head chef of Locale (and Lindoni’s prior), as well as extensive culinary training in Italy and beyond. Andrea has received a number of prestigious awards including a bronze medal in the Italian Cup culinary completion, silver at the Gastronomia Expo regional completion and bronze at the World Culinary completion.
He has also owned and managed successful restaurants in Milan, where he received five-star reviews in La Gola in Tusca.
Join him as he takes you on a Tour around Italy celebrating local ingredients through traditional and modern Italian techniques next Saturday April 14, 9.00 am – 2.30 pm. $250 per guest includes full day class with three course meal and
