It was serious business last month when Tewantin-Noosa Country Women’s Association Queensland (CWAQ) held its competition to determine the top contenders across a range of traditional skills from cooking to croquet and photography.
The Tewantin CWA hall was filled with expectation as judges deliberated and made their decisions. Winners from competitions held across more than 200 branches are judged statewide at the CWAQ conference in October.
