Spritz is the taste of spring

HELLO spring! This month Locale shares a cocktail recipe perfect for sipping with a pink sunset as a backdrop. This time of year is also amazing for unwinding in their Lounge Bar or terrace with their $20 wood-fired pizza and drink special perfect for pizza lovers. Enjoy any of Locale’s large wood-fired pizzas with a beer or glass of selected red or white wine in the Lounge Bar
with this tasty special from noon to 5pm. Or take advantage of the Cicchetti menu which includes five Cicchetti for just $39 in the Lounge Bar from noon to 5pm daily. This is the perfect afternoon treat for two or to enjoy with a group of friends.

Locale Aperol Spritz Cocktail
Our Aperol Spritz is light and refreshing, making it ideal for spring afternoons.
Ingredients
Campari orange wedge.
60ml Aperol.
Prosecco
Soda water.
Ice.

Method
Squeeze Campari orange wedge into a chilled glass and pop it in.
Add 60ml of Aperol.
Top with Prosecco and a dash of soda water.
Fill with ice and serve.
