All about freshness? It’s Spoon Fed

Spoon Fed Catering are one of the Sunshine Coasts finest caterers specialising in fine food and guaranteeing that everything they make is from the highest quality, fresh ingredients.
Working from Belmondos Organic Market, Spoon Fed have been delivering sensational catered events to Noosa and the Sunshine Coast for over fifteen years and are regularly recognised as one of the Sunshine Coast’s best caterers.
Mia Daskalu, owner of Spoon Fed Catering loves to cook and entertain. With over 20 years experience in catering environments, Mia’s passion was taught by her grandmother at an early age where she discovered the secrets to fabulous cooking.
Her passion is seeing her customers happy and satisfied with her stunning events. Overseeing every detail from the preparation of the food to the presentation at the table, Mia’s extensive background and worldly knowledge of food ensures her food is delicious.
Whether its an alfresco function, wedding, stand up function or sit-down meal, Spoonfed’s menus feature grass-fed Victorian and NSW prime cuts, and free range chicken only. Their seafood is sourced locally, fresh from their specialty suppliers and their meals are prepared seasonally guaranteeing a fine dining experience of flavours and presentation.
“There is no secret, it’s just caring more, attention to detail, and hard work. I treat every function like it’s my family and friends – and from that perspective, disappointment is definitely not an option!” Mia Daskalu.
Unique to Spoon Fed, are their partnering bar service ‘Bottle Fed’ who specialised in making and serving cocktails, fine wines and beers. Owner of Bottle Fed Paul Johnson says “We are your complete event and entertainment planners providing personally tailored plans and unique entertainment layouts for each event”.
Paul and his team understands and appreciates the delicacy of fine wines, cool cocktails and fun atmosphere and is tailor their bar and beverage packages to suit every occasion budget and style.
