Keep moving in winter

WINTER is here, but that’s no excuse to skip out on exercise.
Wherever your starting point is and whatever your goals, the Snap Fitness Noosa Team can help.
Snap Fitness Noosa is a locally owned and operated, 24-hour fitness centre designed to give you a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable environment to achieve your fitness goals.
The team at Snap is excited to announce a combination of group fitness style classes that will be conducted in and outside of the club. The classes will be held at various times of the day, appropriate for all levels of fitness and age.
Snap Fitness Noosa is also on a mission to make the youth of Noosa the fittest in the nation. They will be conducting specialised group fitness sessions for children aged from eight years and up.
Snap Fitness caters for all ages and fitness levels. When starting at Snap Fitness Noosa all new members receive a complementary personal training session to learn about the gym and find out how to get the best results from the equipment.
At this time Snap can also offer fitness assessments, body composition analysis, personal training, nutrition and weight loss advice and prepare tailored fitness plans.
“We are keenly aware of the competitiveness of the fitness industry and how other clubs place more emphasis on profits over members. At Snap Noosa, we are focused on providing our services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction,” a Snap Fitness spokesperson said.
“Try a guest pass to Snap Fitness Noosa before making the decision to join any other club.”
