The proof is on the palate

THE next Soil to Supper workshop will be held at the Sunspace Cafe, Doonan, on Saturday 21 March.
Horticulturalist Cath Manuel will lead students through how to develop and maintain soil health and how to have healthy soil in your gardens.
Cath will also test a sample from your home garden. The next workshop will cover popular topics of composting and worm farms and Cath will help bust some myths.
Support plants are an important part of an organic garden, so the class will soon look at how to grow and use them to plant trees and shrubs in your garden.
Cost per class is $45 per person and includes workbook, materials and morning tea.
Bookings can be made via Cath’s Soil to Supper website www.soiltosupper.com and payments can be made by bank transfer prior to the workshop.
