Free feast of sound

By Hollie Harris

GET ready for a fantastic line-up of free entertainment at ‘The J’ on Friday 16 September.
Sound Feast is a free music concert held regularly on Friday nights at Noosa’s own entertainment venue, The J.
Sound Feast is a family-friendly event, so head out and enjoy fantastic live music with a high standard of sound and lighting for a full concert experience.
Sound Feast’s MC Jay Bishoff cleverly blends together musicians and bands to create a wonderful night of quality entertainment.
The performers are a mixture of locals, Brisbane-based and sometimes touring bands.
Beginning with an all ages open mic section beginning at 6pm, the line-up includes local singing sensation Darren Percival and his community choir ‘Singing Space’, the sublime Andrea Kirwan and band, the huskiness and honey voice of Mark Moroney plus award-winning harmonica player, Christian Marsh.
There is a full bar and friendly venue staff to ensure you have a great night.
Future Sound Feast dates are 14 October and 18 November.
Check out www.thej.com.au for further information.
