Ingredients
1.5 cups quinoa, cooked.
Three-quarters cup almond or coconut milk.
Pinch of sea salt.
1 banana, sliced.
Flaked almonds, toasted.
Pure maple syrup.
2 tablespoons cacao nibs.
Method:
1. Warm cooked quinoa, almond milk and sea salt in a pan.
2. Pour into a bowl, top with banana, Flaked almonds, maple syrup and cacao nibs.
For a more elegant look or a weekend treat, top with edible flowers.
