Great time at pop up casino

IT WAS payback time for the Wallace Park bats on Saturday night with human laughter emanating from adjacent Wallace House, outperforming them.
The Casino Night held by Noosa Open Studios was a success with guests having a great time at the pop up casino.
Many attendees arrived dressed in their best Bond, James Bond, or Gatsby gear with plenty of glittery headbands, feathers and baubles.
The men weren’t outdone by the women either with a number drawing on their gangster innerselves with mobster-style outfits.
The neighbouring bats listening in would have thought their precinct had returned to the ’70s when it was rumoured that Wallace House was Noosa’s illegal gambling venue.
Noosa Open Studios has another fun fund-raising function on 19 June. It will be a Sunday roast where not only a roast luncheon will be on offer but also a high profile local Noosa identity will be ‘roasted’.
