Well, well, well …

THE All Well and Good Day is back in Eumundi for another day of cool, calm and collected celebrations.
Now in its seventh year, the All Well and Good Day features some of Australia’s leading health care and wellness professionals sharing their thoughts and demonstrations on four stages throughout the market precinct.
You can recharge your mind and body at the Yoga Hall with free yoga, tai chi and dance throughout the day, or get along to learn the art of Zen Thai, tai chi qi gung, and Ashtanga yoga.
For the food lovers, you can learn about soul food and the importance of food as medicine at the Market Kitchen Stage or catch demonstrations by published authors and renowned foodies including the Eumundi Medicine Man, Friendship Food, Linn Wiggins, Kathryn Alexander and Dominique Liv Kamal.
Head to the Amphitheatre Stage where it’s all about grooves, fun and fitness with drum workshops, Latin dance, music, hula hoop jamming, acroyoga, sports aerobics and so much more.
The Good Health Stage will feature presentations on the Chi cycle by Jost Sauer, advice on how to stay married by Mary Lou Stephens, how to access consciousness with Max Zoulek, meditation with Stenpen, learn about flower essences with Jane Lindsay and how to treat IBS with Emily Sugars.
On top of four stages of fun and fitness, the Hug Patrol will be making the rounds, you can also get along to a laughter workshop, get a tarot reading or relax with a massage.
The free community event will be held throughout the Original Eumundi Markets site in the centre of town on 6 September, from 8am to 2pm, with yoga from 7am.
