The Palmwoods Singers Theatrical Society recent visit to Katie Rose Cottage Hospice increased their enthusiasm to raise money for the charity. The Singers will present a Gala Performance of Love is in the Air- a Cavalcade of Love Songs on 23 June.“We feel privileged to be able to support end of life care in this beautiful environment” musical director Marji Murray said. “We are so filled with admiration at what has been achieved and hope that our concert will not only raise money but also raise awareness of this amazing facility”.
Love Is In the Air will be presented at the Palmwoods Memorial Hall on Saturday 23 June at 7pm. Tickets are $20 and includes supper and a glass of wine. There will also be a matinee performance on Sunday 24 June 24 at 2pm. Tickets $10 include light refreshments.
