CHEF Nilla Tompkins and her team from Vanilla Food are conscious foodies with two focuses – health and happiness. Their mission is to make wholesome, healthy goods to nourish and nurture your body so you always have a smile on your face. And their new breakfast menu will certainly do that. Featuring a range of dairy free and vegan options the menu includes:
Tumeric scram with spinach, pesto and smoked salmon (DF) $18.50
Avo and pea smash with cashew cheese and poached eggs (DF) $17.50
Bacon and egg panini with kasundi (DF) $13.50
Egyptian eggs with coyo, mushrooms, harissa and dukkah eggs (DF) $17.50
Tacos with scram, jalapenos, black beans and pomegranate (DF) $17.50
Gypsy toast with banana and spiced coconut ice cream (VG) (GF) $17
Waffles with berries, pistachio dust and coconut ice cream (GF) (DF) $17
