Make it Dazza’s before dinner

OVERLOOKING the infinity pool, water park and tranquil wetland sanctuary, Dazza’s Bar at RACV Noosa Resort provides an inviting space for a relaxing lunch or even pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. The laid-back bar is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Noosa sunset with refreshing beverages or snack under the market umbrellas; a perfect shady spot on a hot Noosa day.
Dazza’s Bar wouldn’t be complete without its signature lunch item, the “Dazza’s Burger”. A delicious combination of lamb, goats cheese and Harissa ketchup and finished with piping hot fries for only $19.
Top this off with a classic cocktail or refreshing icy cold beverage to sit and breathe in the laid-back Noosa atmosphere.
Gaze at the stars above and enjoy a delicious wood-fired pizza available on weekends or school holidays. Flavours of the world will tempt the tastebuds with an array of pizza options available, sure to suit any taste, even for the kids.
Using fresh local produce, the chef’s creations include Cajun Chicken, Rosemary and Lamb or Garlic Prawn for something that little bit different or for the pizza lover, traditional Hawaiian or Margherita, priced from $17.
Pizzas from the wood-fired pizza can be eaten by the pool or lobby area, or taken back to your room for a relaxing easy meal.
All-day dining is available from 11am to 10pm daily with wood-fired pizza’s a feature between Thursday and Sunday 5pm-9pm or nightly during school holidays.
RACV Noosa Resort welcomes members of the public to experience Arcuri Restaurant. For bookings please call 5341 6330.
