EUMUNDI Meats Noosa is well known for providing high quality, ethically farmed meats to Sunshine Coast families and is located within Belmondos Organic Market.
The Eumundi Meats team has expanded and continues to develop its paleo produce range to help locals return to more traditional ways of eating where fresh produce is at the centre of every meal.
Organic, pasture raised and nutrient rich, Eumundi Meats Noosa’s paleo range is ideal for anyone who prefers to eat the paleo way with a focus on fresh produce, natural fats and proteins from pasture raised and finished meats.
But eating the paleo way doesn’t have to be restrictive, with Eumundi Meats Noosa offering a wide range of meat and meat products produced to the paleo standard and packed full of variety and flavour.
The home chef will love the wide selection including the signature paleo sausage range.
Made from herbs and spices mixed with freshly ground beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, duck and goat then encased in a natural casing, the paleo sausage range is perfect on the barbecue.
For making healing broths, Eumundi Meats Noosa offers free-range chicken carcasses, feet and necks, plus a paleo approved, grass-fed beef bone selection including chuck and marrow bones, all of which yield a rich, clear stock.
Cooking with paleo friendly foods doesn’t have to mean a long time spent in the kitchen.
Noosa’s Eumundi Meats also offers organic paleo beef mince that has a higher, more naturally occurring fat ratio and is great for a mid-week meal or lunches.
There is also the coasts’ largest range of organ meats, free range, pasture raised lamb kidneys and lamb’s fry, grass fed calves liver and livers from organic chickens and free range ducks.
To supplement the raw materials, the team has searched Australia for the best paleo products including ready-made bone broths.
The Eumundi Meats Noosa butchers live by the paddock-to-plate mantra and work hard to offer Noosa locals the finest quality, ethically farmed, organic, free range and pasture raised produce so families can make food choices to match their lifestyle.
The paleo range is an extension of the already great range of meat products at Eumundi Meats Noosa with hand selected farmers producing meats that deliver healthy, ethically farmed foods to local families.
The paleo range can be sourced at Grub Organics in Marcoola, Kunara at Forest Glen, Organica in Noosaville, the Shop at Coolum, and Greenacre Organics at Eumundi or at Eumundi Meats’ very own state-of-the art showroom.
Stock up on Eumundi Meats at Belmondos Organic Market, 59 Rene Street, Noosaville, which is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5.30pm and on Saturday from 7am to 2pm.
